Problem

For Tools4Quality Day 2025, a corporate event gathering more than 100 of Sogeti Spain’s top clients, the company needed a cohesive brand experience that communicated innovation, professionalism, and leadership in Quality Engineering. The challenge was to unify all event touchpoints under a consistent visual identity while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

Problem

For Tools4Quality Day 2025, a corporate event gathering more than 100 of Sogeti Spain’s top clients, the company needed a cohesive brand experience that communicated innovation, professionalism, and leadership in Quality Engineering. The challenge was to unify all event touchpoints under a consistent visual identity while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

Process

To achieve this, I developed a complete end-to-end brand experience covering both digital and physical elements. My responsibilities included:

  • Designing the event registration website, creating a smooth and visually aligned sign-up experience.

  • Creating email campaigns to promote the event and maintain clear, consistent communication with attendees.

  • Designing posters and large-format on-site signage to guide participants and enhance the event’s visual impact.

  • Producing welcome kits including branded bags and materials to elevate first impressions.

  • Designing attendee badges and accreditation for intuitive identification and access control.

  • Developing animated visuals and stage backdrops to reinforce event themes during presentations.

  • Creating digital templates for presentations, social media, and post-event communications to maintain consistency across all channels.
