Santander Global Tech needed a stronger internal brand identity to improve communication and engagement within a global tech hub of more than 400 employees. Messages lacked visual consistency and clarity, making it difficult to communicate key initiatives effectively and build a unified internal culture.

Process

As a Brand Consultant, I led the creation and development of a cohesive internal identity and a scalable design system. The process included:

  • Developing and launching a new internal brand identity for the global tech hub, designed to boost engagement and communication clarity across the Group.

  • Building a scalable visual design system for digital and print channels, ensuring global consistency and ease of adoption across teams.

  • Leading the creative design for the annual global event (700+ participants), delivering cohesive messaging and an immersive brand experience.

  • Establishing visual and narrative guidelines to unify tone, style, and communication frameworks within the organization.
